So, this is my attempt at a DIY studding project. I bought the refills for a Bedazzler and just used needle nose pliars to close the backs. The fabric is pretty cheap so it snagged a bit, I recommend using a nice cotton instead. Please excuse the terrible photos, I had to use my phone...

For my internship, I got to go to a showroom and look at the acne spring/fall 2010 collection. Its so pretty and circus-y. I also got to see pictures of the new "Pop Collection" which is more trendy and a little less expensive! To the left is a piece from the spring/fall 2010 collection.

RUN TO RAGS



so, I was envious of those faded and cut-up levis, which are rather costly at thrift stores. so, I attempted to fake a pair. I took a pair of light faded blue shorts and cut the hem off, then I used a cheese grater to make "natural" looking holes. Then I put them in the washing machine which makes those lovely strings. That's how they turned out.
